Obstructium: plant air, then use the Reformer

If a Reformer will not remove Obstructium, check the atmosphere over the resource patch. In Stuck — Unable to use reformer, the player already had lasers and batteries, but the target remained outside breathable air. In Cannot remove Obstructium, the player reports that the out-of-air warning appeared after reloading; expanding forest then provided enough reach. A green-looking area or nearby water alone was not the check they needed. Use the atmosphere overlay and the official guide’s water/compost/sapling expansion steps. Keep a separate save before testing reloads; no guaranteed recovery is claimed.
